Dose tracking

Wegovy dose tracker

Semaglutide, sold as Wegovy, now has both injection and tablet presentations in the US label. A Wegovy dose tracker needs to preserve that route distinction before it can make a schedule intelligible. This guide presents the adult injection schedule for weight management and explains where tablet timing differs. PinPoint combines a dated dose history with reminders, titration phases, modeled levels, and supply tracking. Wegovy labelApp features

Four-week injection stages and conditional maintenance

The injection label describes 0.25 mg weekly during weeks one through four, 0.5 mg during weeks five through eight, 1 mg during weeks nine through twelve, and 1.7 mg during weeks thirteen through sixteen. Adult weight-management maintenance is 1.7 or 2.4 mg weekly. Escalation may be delayed when a dose is not tolerated, so the table is a reference sequence rather than an instruction to move on a particular date. Wegovy label

The current label also permits an increase to 7.2 mg weekly for adults who have tolerated 2.4 mg for at least four weeks when additional weight reduction is clinically indicated. That provision is specific to adult weight reduction. It is not a new universal final row for every indication or every age group. This distinction is retained in the table instead of presenting one maximum for all Wegovy use. Wegovy label

Keep tablet schedules separate

Wegovy tablets have a daily schedule: 1.5 mg for days one through thirty, 4 mg for days thirty-one through sixty, 9 mg for days sixty-one through ninety, then 25 mg daily. The label describes separate administration and switching instructions. The tablet numbers are not syringe quantities, and their calendar should not inherit a weekly injection reminder simply because the active ingredient has the same name. Wegovy label

Document the phase that actually happened

PinPoint supports step-up and step-down titration phases, a color-coded calendar, and reminders tied to a chosen day and time. Injection entries can include dose, compound, site, and pain level. Backfilling past doses keeps earlier history available. Daily notes and side-effect severity ratings can preserve observations around a phase change without the tracker deciding whether the change caused them. App features

The modeled-level curve is another view of the entered pattern. Published half-life data powers the mathematical visualization, including timestamp scrubbing and a future pattern preview. It does not measure blood levels or account for all individual differences. A curve belongs beside the record as a reference, not in place of a clinician interpreting how the medication is being used. App features

Pen versus vial arithmetic

The Wegovy label supplies device-specific strengths and instructions. PinPoint can track prefilled pens and vials side by side, with a supply forecast. Those inventory features do not make all semaglutide containers interchangeable. The actual presentation, amount, and route remain part of the record. Wegovy labelApp features

For a hypothetical compounded semaglutide vial containing 10 mg in 4 mL, the concentration is 2.5 mg/mL. Twenty U-100 units equals 0.20 mL, containing 0.5 mg. This worked example is arithmetic only. It neither describes a Wegovy pen nor establishes that a compounded formulation is equivalent. The calculator checks entered values, and it does not convert a tablet schedule into injection instructions. Arithmetic

Questions

Is 2.4 mg the only adult maintenance strength?

No. The adult weight-management label includes 1.7 and 2.4 mg weekly and a conditional 7.2 mg option after at least four weeks tolerating 2.4 mg when additional weight reduction is clinically indicated. Other indications have different limits. Wegovy label

Can reminders follow a changing schedule?

PinPoint supports titration phases and reminders based on the day and time set. Its role is to represent the entered plan and the logged history, not to decide when a clinical escalation is appropriate. App features
