Peptide calculator

A peptide dosage calculator for reconstitution math: enter your vial, water and dose to get the concentration, draw volume and U-100 syringe units.

This peptide reconstitution calculator performs unit conversions from your inputs. It does not recommend a dose.

    The method

    How the math works

    1. Enter the total vial amount and choose mg, mcg, IU or mL.
    2. Enter the BAC water volume added in milliliters.
    3. Enter the dose amount and choose mg, mcg, IU or mL.
    4. Read the concentration, draw volume, syringe units, and doses per vial.

Concentration = vial amount ÷ water mL

Draw volume = dose amount ÷ concentration

    U-100 units = draw mL × 100

Use the volume of bacteriostatic water added to your vial. This peptide dosing calculator converts a dose in mg, mcg, supported IU or mL into a draw volume and syringe units.

    Ready-made tables

    Peptide dosing chart

The peptide dosing chart gives each library vial's concentration at 1, 2 and 3 mL of water and the U-100 units for each amount, with one chart page per compound. Vials that hold two or three peptides have blend calculators that split one draw into the amount of each peptide.

    Calculator details

    Before you calculate.

    What does this calculator do?

It converts the vial amount, BAC water volume, and dose you enter into concentration, draw volume, U-100 syringe units, and doses per vial.

    Does it recommend a dose?

No. It only calculates from values you provide. It does not provide dosing guidance, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

    What are U-100 syringe units?

On a U-100 insulin syringe, 100 units equals 1 mL. The calculator converts draw volume in mL into that scale.

Can I enter micrograms or IU?

Yes. The vial strength and the dose each take mg, mcg, IU or mL. Matching vial and dose units always work, and a dose in mL is a volume of the solution. Converting between IU and mg requires a compound with a listed IU factor in the PinPoint library.

Why is the compound picker optional?

The calculator works manually. The picker only helps load compound names and vial reference fields from the PinPoint library.
