KLOW peptide dosage calculator

KLOW is a vendor name for one vial that holds four peptides: KPV, GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500. Enter the four label amounts and the water, then a draw in units, mL or one component's amount, and the calculator shows what that draw holds of each.

The rows open with the library's package examples (KPV 5 mg, GHK-Cu 50 mg, BPC-157 5 mg, TB-500 10 mg). Replace them with your vial's label. This calculator converts your inputs and does not recommend dosages.

    One vial, several amounts

What is the KLOW peptide blend?

A KLOW vial is a powder blend of four research peptides that is mixed into one liquid. The label prints four amounts, one per component, and the vial is reconstituted once. GLOW is the same idea without KPV and has its own calculator. Neither blend is an approved product. PinPoint's library has no entry for either blend, while each of the four components has its own entry.

Searches for klow peptide dosage tend to assume the blend has one dose. It has four amounts that move together. Every draw is a fraction of the vial, and that fraction applies to KPV, GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 alike. The useful numbers are therefore the fraction a draw represents and the milligrams of each component it carries, which is what this page converts.

The KLOW peptide blend guide covers what each component's own source reports. None of those sources studied the four together, and this page adds no amount or frequency of its own.

KLOW peptide dosage chart: units per fraction of the vial

This chart is laid out by fraction rather than by dose. Each row is a share of the vial; the unit columns show how many U-100 units that share is in 1, 2 or 3 mL, and the milligram columns show what it holds. Because KLOW labels vary, the first table uses the library's single-vial package example for each component: KPV 5 mg, GHK-Cu 50 mg, BPC-157 5 mg and TB-500 10 mg. These are not a KLOW label. They show how the arithmetic scales when one component is much larger than the others, and the second table works for any label.

The chart has no frequency column. How often a vial is drawn from is not a unit conversion, and no source in the library supports a schedule for this blend, so the KLOW peptide dosage and frequency question gets the conversion half only.

Reading one row: one tenth of a KLOW vial is 10 units in 1 mL, 20 units in 2 mL and 30 units in 3 mL. With the example label it holds 0.5 mg of KPV, 5 mg of GHK-Cu, 0.5 mg of BPC-157 and 1 mg of TB-500, whatever the volume. A cell marked over one syringe holds more than 100 units.

The print button lays both tables out on one sheet without the calculator or the longer text. Saving that view as a PDF keeps the same numbers for reference.

Fractions, volumes and amounts are arithmetic from the label figures shown, not doses. Water mL is treated as the final volume, and 100 U-100 units equal 1 mL.

    The calculation

    How the math works

Example: the label rows above, mixed to 2 mL, with a draw of 10 units.

Each component = label amount ÷ final mL

Draw volume = units ÷ 100, or the amount ÷ that component's concentration

In the draw = draw mL × each concentration

    KPV: 5 mg ÷ 2 mL = 2.5 mg/mL

    GHK-Cu: 50 mg ÷ 2 mL = 25 mg/mL

    BPC-157: 5 mg ÷ 2 mL = 2.5 mg/mL

    TB-500: 10 mg ÷ 2 mL = 5 mg/mL

    10 u ÷ 100 u/mL = 0.10 mL

    0.10 mL ÷ 2 mL = 5% of the vial

    KPV: 0.10 mL × 2.5 mg/mL = 0.25 mg

    GHK-Cu: 0.10 mL × 25 mg/mL = 2.5 mg

    BPC-157: 0.10 mL × 2.5 mg/mL = 0.25 mg

    TB-500: 0.10 mL × 5 mg/mL = 0.5 mg

    0.10 mL × 100 u/mL = 10 u

The arithmetic runs once per component, always against the same final volume. KPV at 5 mg in 2 mL is 2.5 mg/mL. GHK-Cu at 50 mg is 25 mg/mL, 10 times as concentrated, because its label amount is 10 times larger. BPC-157 is 2.5 mg/mL and TB-500 is 5 mg/mL.

A draw of 10 units is 0.1 mL, which is one twentieth of 2 mL. It therefore holds one twentieth of each label amount: 0.25 mg of KPV, 2.5 mg of GHK-Cu, 0.25 mg of BPC-157 and 0.5 mg of TB-500. One draw gives four amounts, and the proportion between them was fixed when the vial was filled.

The large GHK-Cu share matters when reading a syringe. If a draw is measured as an amount of GHK-Cu, a small change at the mark moves a lot of GHK-Cu and comparatively little of the other three. The Amount of menu in the calculator lets a draw be measured in whichever component you choose; the other three follow from the same volume.

Doses per vial use the smallest share. In a blend every component empties on the same draw, so the count is the final volume divided by the draw volume: 20 draws of 10 units from 2 mL.

Logging a KLOW blend, component by component

PinPoint has no KLOW entry, but KPV, GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 are each in its library. A draw from a blend can be logged by hand as four entries, each with the milligrams shown above. That keeps every compound's monthly total and modeled level visible, which a single line called KLOW cannot do.

If one component needs to change on its own, a blend cannot do it. Separate vials, run through the BPC-157 calculator, TB-500 calculator or GHK-Cu calculator, are the only way to set amounts independently.

    Calculator details

    About this blend calculation.

What is in a KLOW peptide vial?

KPV, GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 in one vial. The amount of each is printed on the label and differs by vendor. GLOW blends leave out KPV.

What is the KLOW peptide dosage?

This page does not give one. A KLOW draw holds a fraction of each of the four label amounts, and no source in PinPoint's library studied the blend. The calculator converts the label, water and draw you enter.

How many units is one tenth of a KLOW vial?

10 units in 1 mL, 20 units in 2 mL and 30 units in 3 mL. Whatever the volume, the draw holds one tenth of each label amount.

Does the KLOW chart include a frequency?

No. Frequency is not a unit conversion, and the chart lists only fractions of the vial, syringe units and milligrams.

Why is GHK-Cu so much larger than the other components?

In the library's package examples GHK-Cu is 50 mg, while KPV and BPC-157 are 5 mg and TB-500 is 10 mg. A blend label may differ. Whatever the label, the GHK-Cu concentration is its own label amount divided by the final volume.
